The CareTEC product line is a complete set of clinical and administrative tools designed to enhance all aspects of the modern medical office. It includes Practice Partner, the leading electronic medical records system; MicroMD, a sophisticated multi-clinic scheduler; and comprehensive practice management system. These systems are used nationwide by over 3,500 practices of all sizes and specialties, from solo-practitioner offices to large enterprise multi-site clinics. Implementation and Training:     CareTEC has a track record of successfully installing and training hundreds of users at both small and large practices. More than any other healthcare vendor, we have the experience and practical know-how to guide you during the transitions to an electronic medical record or installing and becoming a more efficient and profitable practice with a new practice management system.

On-going support:      There is simply nothing more important in the healthcare software business than the quality of support after the sale. CareTEC’s support staff has both years of clinical experience and years of end-user practice management experience.

EDI - electronic data interchange:      EDI from CareTEC is fully integrated with MIcroMD and automates a wide range of administrative processes, including, electronic payment remittance and real-time eligibility verification from within MicroMD. The automation of these processes helps your staff to improve overall efficiency and productivity.

Security and Disaster Recovery:      CareTEC develops and implements a well-planned backup strategy for network outages and disasters. CareTEC supplies you with the practices and tools you need to fully secure your practice’s computers and networks.

Hardware:      While we are equipped to sell, and deliver solutions to medical and professionals and organizations for which the law dictates higher levels of system and data protection, unlike other health care vendors, CareTEC does not require that you purchase your server and other computers and networking from us. We provide customized solutions to any size practice from solo to large enterprise groups.
